FOR EXISTING STUDENT ORGANIZATION (RENEWAL)

Submit these documents at the office of the Student Organization Unit located on 2nd Floor, SAS Student Center, Lucinda Extension Campus, Tarlac City. We are open from Tuesday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM (except Holidays). You can send also these documents through our email at [email protected].

Deadline of submission is until July 12, 2024.
