The TSU Code states that the Administrative and Academic Councils are the policy making body of the University.
The Administrative Council has conducted a series of meetings and approved the agenda on the remaining school calendar for the 2nd semester of A.Y. 2019-2020 and academic activities, among others, during the meeting held on April 17, 2020.
The Academic Council, a co-equal policy making body on academic matters, must approve the same agenda before the university issues an official memorandum.
Emphasis is given that in all discussions and decisions, the well-being of students and their families, and the whole TSU family was considered. Also, the university based its decisions on CHED Advisory No. 6 and the series of meetings with CHED, PASUC, and Region III SUC presidents.
Further details will be disseminated upon the Academic Council’s approval of the agenda.
